A homeowner in Gardena called Fix All Plumbing after smelling sewer gasses rising from under their house. We came out to check and saw a pool of gray water under the house. Upon further inspection, we found a 80 year old iron sewer pipe that rusted through and was lying on the ground. Water from the washing machine was pouring directly out of the pipe into the crawl space under the house.
