to remove the concrete where we will be
laying the drain pipes.
In this Long Beach warehouse we are installing
for a kennel drainage system, washer
and dryer hookup and a commercial utility
sink
Here we have installed the drainage line hookup for a lavatory
sink.
Here we have installed the washer and utility sink drainage
system.
This is a picture of the kennel's floor drain
and under that is the P-trap which will
prevent the gases in the drainage line
from escaping.
Here is another photo of the under ground slab work on the
drainage system. As you can see at the
top of the picture the pipe has been
wrapped for protection for when the
concrete is to be poured over it.
Here we are showing the drainage system
coming from two directions connecting to main
sewer.

At this point we have started back filling
using the native soil and
then we poured and smoothed the concrete
over the kennel's drainage system.
Just as above, we back filled the native soil and
poured the concrete over the floor drain.
Here we have installed metal studs
creating a wall frame that drywall will
be attached to later. In this metal
frame we ran some of the kennel's
drainage system, installed the water supply
lines and valve box for the washer.
In this location of the Long Beach
kennel we have installed the utility sink water supply
and drainage system within the metal
stud frame work.
These are the water lines that are feeding the
kennel from the attic run through the
metal stud frame work.

Chrome Plating
Chrome plating is a hard and durable finish that requires little attention except for the occasional washing with soap and water.
Salt air or other corrosive atmospheres have a destructive effect on chrome. Where chromium- plated fittings are exposed to these agents, it is important to wash them frequently. After they are washed and dried, it is advisable to apply a protective coating such as ordinary furniture wax.
Green spots may appear on chromium plating. If this happens, prevent the rust from spreading by scouring the spots with the same kind of powder which manufacturers recommend for enameled, cast iron fixtures. When the spots have been removed, apply a Fin of wax. Your plumber will be glad to help you select a good cleanser.
