We were in Compton today to fix a slab leak under the floor. Upon inspection we located the leak next to a cabinet.

We removed the cabinet and jack hammered the floor open exposing a pinhole in the copper pipe. We needed to stop by local hardware store, Hub City Hardware to pickup a part

The Navien tankless water heater requires some modifications. The water heater utilizes a 3/4 inch gas supply line instead of the standard 1/2 inch gas line that supplies most tankless water heaters.

The kitchen now uses water and gas more sparingly. Water and gas bills will be lower. And seconds wasted waiting in the kitchen for hot water are eliminated, making kitchen tasks more efficient and improving the quality of life!
